After a short investigation it was confirmed that Fuller was indeed residing in the City of Hitchcock.

The Hitchcock Police Department, and with the assistance of the Galveston County Sheriff's Office and the Gulf Coast Violent Offenders Task Force, was able to successfully execute the warrant of arrest for Brandi Fuller at 4:15pm on June 1, 2011 and without further incident.

Brandi Fuller will be magistrated and transfered to the Galveston County Jail where she will be held until transfered to the Harris County Jail for further processing.
